Fees shall be paid on due date specified.
Otherwise, with a fine, shall be accepted
later stipulated dates. |

If fees or other dues, including fines,
are not paid with the last specified
date, the student’s name shall
be removed from the rolls, and thenceforth,
he/she will be barred from attending
classes. It shall not be the responsibility
of the institute authorities to remind
parents / guardians to remit institute
fees. In such an eventuality, parents
/ guardians have an option to inform
the Principal in writing of their willingness
to clear all dues, including fines,
and request for re-admission of their
child / ward. However, Management reserves
the right to decide whether the student
should be readmitted. If Management
approves readmission, the readmission
fee of Rs.100 shall be paid. |
| 3. Fees or any other
dues may not be paid after office hours. |
| 4. If the last date
for the collection indicated happens to
be a holiday it shall be accepted on the
next working day. |
| 5. Fees once paid are
non-refundable in any circumstances. |
Fine :
1. Fine shall levied as follows
on each instance, if the student fails
to respond to the warning, either verbal
or written, issued earlier.
